His P.E.N.I.S is Too Big!

Compare two p.e.n.i.ses with the same length, say 7 inches each. One with a circumference of 8 inches and another one with 6 inches. I am sure everybody would agree on a point that the first p.e.n.i.s is larger than the second one and in fact for that particular length, it’s a BIG p.e.n.i.s. The first p.e.n.i.s is not only big but it also thick.
A young lady had experienced making love to a guy with thin p.e.n.i.s. While having intercourse she found the p.e.n.i.s was like a hard stick pounding in and out her va.gi.na. She always prefers making love with a guy having thick p.e.n.i.s because it makes her fully aroused and experience orgasm easily.
If you are a woman and ever experience having sex with many partners, then you may admit that bigger (thicker) p.e.n.i.s is your favorite.
Women who ever experience having s.e.x with men having a p.e.n.i.s with a large head or larger front dimension relative to the middle and back penile shaft is said  to always keep the wondrous moment of having a good s.e.x for the rest of their life.
How big is too big? In general, most va.gi.nas are able to accommodate all shapes and sizes of p.e.n.i.ses as long as appropriate arousal and lubrication is there. Yes. Most va.gi.nas are able to expand to fit whatever size p.e.n.i.s.
According to Dr. Richard Lynn, a psychology professor at Ulster University, the average Aussie male’s p.e.n.i.s measures 5.2 inches (13.2 cm) when fully erect, whereas the average va.gi.na measures just 3 inches (7.5 cm) and it stretches to 4 inches (10 cm) when aroused.
Too long and thick a p.e.n.i.s, say 10 – 12 inches in length and 9 – 10 inches in circumference may hurt cervix of some women even when they are fully aroused as the va.gi.na is not able to expand to the length comfortably accommodating the big p.e.n.i.s. Probably, men with big and thick p.e.n.i.s should look for and mate with women with large body and hip structure.
Thai women, for instance, are mostly having medium to small body and hip structure judging from their average height between 5.2 – 5.5 feet tall.  Some of them might love to have s.e.x with European or Caucasian with long and thick p.e.n.i.s and others might consider it a nightmare as they felt very uncomfortable and much pain during and after having s.e.x.
Some people say when a woman marries a man, he is supposed to have the right p.e.n.i.s size for her even though they never have s.e.x prior to marriage.

Food science, Food Technology, Nutrition, and Diet

Food science is the end-to-end study of food, including raw materials selection and harvesting, composition and development, production, preservation and safety, packaging and storage, through to end-user preparation, consumption and sensory analysis. Food science also includes food-involved scientific fields such as food microbiology, food chemistry and the physics of food.

Food technology is the practical application of the food sciences to the development and production of food. Is is generally included as a part of food science (most related university courses are described as 'Food Science & Technology').

Nutrition is a area that deals with nutritional content (fats, carbs, protein, etc.) of food and the effect on the body. Depending what part of the world you are in, a nutritionist may or may not have had specialized training.

A food scientist may have performed the tests to determine the nutritional content of food. A nutritionist might be the one who puts it to practical use.

Food Nutrition & Dietetics is the study of difference categories and compositions of food and their health consequences in the make up of a diet is a related field.

Diet is the usual food and drink of a person or animal. It also refers to a regulated selection of foods, as for medical reasons or cosmetic weight loss. It is also defined as something used, enjoyed, or provided regularly: subsisted on a diet of detective novels during his vacation.

Factors affecting Metabolic Rate

What is metabolic rate? Is is defined as the energy expended by a person, usually expressed in units of energy per unit body mass, per unit time.

Mr Tips read somewhere regarding several factors affecting metabolic rate:
1 . Muscular exertion during or just before     measurement
2    .   Recent ingestion of food
3    .   High or low environment temperature
4    .   Height, weight and surface area
5    .   Sex
6    .   Age
7    .   Growth
8    .   Reproduction
9    .   Lactation
1 0 .   Emotional state
  11.   Body temperature
1 2 .   Circulating level of thyroid hormones
1 3 .   Circulating epinephrine and norepinephrine
There is more…….

Some holistic practitioners thought that metabolic rate is subject to one metabolic type e.g; protein type, vegetable type and both. Someone with protein type of metabolism will have problem digesting/assimilating foods suitable for vegetable type and vice versa.

Get Rid Abdominal Fats using Vegetable

You may be one of those people that always experience flatulence (fart), belching, and bloating. You see some kind of funny changes occur to your abdomen. You just don’t have any idea as to what types foods to eat or to reduce as a part of lifestyle changes.
You have tried aroma massage for several weeks but it has little effect. You have tried exercising, drinking herbal teas but still doesn’t work. You try Adamo’s diet, metabolic typing diet but no positive results. You check for possible food reactions (most nutritionists and laypersons call it food allergy) but when you eliminate the foods that determined by the test (ELISA or whatever related tests) the bloating is still there?
Most probably, what you are experiencing is some kind of inflammation. Your abdomen muscle tissues and intestines might not contain so much fats which you believe the main culprit. If not fats, what is there that has caused you so much trouble in getting correct remedy?
Water. Bloating has to do with inflammation. Inflammation normally causes water to over-flood interstitial (space between cells) fluids.
TIPS: You may get rid your ‘fatty’ abdomen by removing inflammation and water.

The following are some foods that might help you. The foods recommended are categorized as primary and secondary (adjuct, but essential to the whole biological activities):

1.      Celery  (primary) – anti-inflammatory, diuretic (helps flush out water from urinary system)
2.      Tomato (primary, optional) – anti-inflammatory, diuretic
3.      Carrot (secondary) – increases metabolic rate and removal of waste (especially abdominal fats)
4.      Cabbage (secondary) – breaks fatty deposits ß-- some people might get negative reaction e.g; aggravated flatulence, belching and indigestion.
5.      Horseradish (secondary, optional) – helps increase metabolism, detoxifier, diuretic

DIRECTIONS:

Blenderize (or use food processor to get fresh juice) 1 Celery stalk, 1 tomato, 1 carrot, 1 teaspoon cacao powder, 2-3 slices cabbage, ¼ cup horseradish with 2 cups of water. Strain and drink 1 part of juice in the morning and the rest in the evening (2-3 hours before going to bed).

Mr Tips says, "If stress is determined as the main cause of your bloating, try taking Ashwagandha or Siberian Ginseng. Follow instruction on label.”

If saturated fats and cholesterol foods are so damaging to heart arteries, why do plaques normally occur at heart arterial branches?

Foods with cholesterol are not healthy. High cholesterol in your blood can cause many diseases especially involving arteries of the heart. So, high cholesterol levels will kill you. It's probably not as scary as people contracted HIV/AIDS, but high blood cholesterol usually translated as digging your own grave.
Critics think all the above statements as misleading. They are not facts. They exist just  merely as hypotheses.  Saturated fats raises blood cholesterol which in turn raises risk of coronary heart diseases is a hypothesis created by greedy cholesterol lowering drug manufacturers. In the USA alone, annual sales of cholesterol lowering drugs is said to be USD22 billion. I repeat, USD22 billion!
Before the advent of polyunsaturated vegetable oils (before mid-20th century) including sunflower, safflower, corn, soybean, Americans used to take lots of animal fats (from pigs and cows), raw milk, pure butter, coconut oil (imported from Ceylon and Philippines) and olive oil. They used to take eggs every day.
People of China, Japan, South Asian, South East Asia, and Pacific Islands used to take saturated fats and cholesterol foods from various sources in the old days. Indonesian people especially who live in rural areas still taking lots of coconut milk in their foods. Japanese and Chinese are still taking foods containing saturated fats and cholesterol till today. These people experience healthy life.
Those who adopt modern diet (as recommended by USDA, high carbs low fats) by eating processed foods, junk foods, juices containing various additives and high fructose polyunsaturated fats suffer many types of modern days illnesses such as heart diseases, diabetes and cancer.
Today, polyunsaturated fats which is high in omega-6 (linoleic acid – pro-inflammatory and believed to cause many types of degenerative diseases including arthritis, cancer, heart disease, early puberty, and many more) have been highlighted in various studies for the past few decades shown as the best alternative to animal fats and saturated fat vegetable oils (palm oil and coconut oil).
Critics see all these have been planned by drugs’ manufacturers along with rigid thinking scientists/researchers, doctors, conventional nutritionists to  kill people softly by creating illnesses. The more people get sick, the more will get to doctors for more drugs.
Ask this question to your doctor or cardiovascular surgeon. If saturated fats and cholesterol foods are so damaging to heart arteries, then fatty plaques (atherosclerotic plaque) suppose to occur everywhere in the body. For those people without diabetes, plaques normally occur at heart arterial branches. Why do they not occur in straight arteries of the heart?
Mr Tips says, “What you think is true is not necessary true for other people. Consensus believed by a majority  of people might be wrong when judged from other perspectives which are different in many senses compare to that  adopted by the majority.”

Confusion over Citric Acid and Vitamin C

Both Citric acid and Vitamin C (also known as Ascorbic acid) are found in many types of fruits. Each acid either exists alone or co-exist with the other acid.
Citric acid is not to be confused as vitamin C and vice versa. The main reason is due to their molecular formula.

Chemical formula for citric acid is C6H8O7. It means, citric acid contains 6 carbon, 8 hydrogen, and 7 oxygen. Molar mass of Citric acid anhydrous and Citric acid monohydrate are  192.124 g/mol , and
210.14 g/mol respectively.

Instead, chemical formula for vitamin C is C6H8O6. It contains 6 carbon, 8 hydrogen, and 6 oxygen. Its molar mass is 176.12 g/mol.

Let’s take a look at their chemical structures:

        Citric acid                                   Vitamin C

Most experts say Citric acid lacks of nutritive value. This is the reason why nutritionists or dietetic experts never recommend it as a supplement.

The following are some of biological activities of Citric acid: anti-amylase inhibitor, antiatherosclerotic, antibacterial, anticalculic, anticoagulant, Antileishmanic, antimutagenic, antioxidant synergist, antiseborrheic, antiseptic, antitubercular, antitumor, disinfectant.

Mr Tips says, “God al-Mighty has His reason as to why He creates certain chemical compounds in His creations including fruits. Besides imparting varying tastes, scents, textures and looks, each of His creation provide unique nutritive and medicinal values for human beings.”
